Other Interests!

I have alot of other interests outside of art, look at this stuff

Weaving

In 2022 I picked up an interest in weaving and the fiber arts. It kinda came out of the blue actually I ended up stumbling on a jackloom ad on youtube and was completely enthralled, up until that point i never really knew what a loom was or how it worked. (or that weaving was something you can easily do yourself) My mother is a professional pattern designer so I knew about sewing but it never really garnered my interest until recently. So a few months after watching the add I bought my first loom, a rigid heddle and from there I ended up getting my hands on a nilus lecre table loom. I'm not very good at weaving and i still make a ton of mistakes but its fun messing around with yarn. Eventually i'll learn how to knit and crochet in the future.

FPV Drones

My interests seem to exists at two very oposite ends of the technolgy spectrum, its either rope technology or machines of the digital age. In 2019 I discovered the FPV Drone hobby and I started to build and fly my own drones. I've always been interested in the RC hobby. (I had a 1/24th inch RC x-mod from radioshack as a kid. Its long since fallen to pieces and died but i loved it to death at the time

My two favorite drones in my fleet. Punkberry and Silvergun. I made punkberry after my first drone, Fast-Hornet crashed and was in need of a complete rebuild. It was an budget build that used crummy components and was put together rather poorly, so worked on putting together a nicer build. So far its still my favorite machine to fly. Silvergun is my most recent drone build, i wanted something that was small and fast, its the fasted drone i have at the moment, although i've never done a full throttle speed test so you'll just have to take my word for it.
This one is LilBastard, he's called that becuase it was a pain in the ass to build. Tiny electronics are hard to solder. This one is still a work in progress.

Retrogaming

This year (2024) i've gotten really interested in retrogaming, so i've slowly gained a handheld collection.

I've got a steam deck which I use to play PC and emulation (Gamcube and up), RG351V for PS1 and below, 2DS which was the first console i ever bought with my own money so i'm pretty sentimental about it, and a DSI XL. I used to have a nintendo ds as a kid, but it was unfortunatly stolen. I was bitter about it ever since, so in a way the DSI XL is sort of a spiritual successor to that old device.
